Ignition Kit for the 1992 - 2001 Dodge Ram, Dakota and Durango. The Firepower
Ignition Kit consists of the Screamin' Demon Coil, LiveWires spark plug wires and
a brass terminal cap and rotor. The kit is a real power enhancer - not a tune up!
The Screamin' Demon Coil allows you to open up the spark plug gaps to a whopping
.065". The larger plug gap leads to a more complete combustion of your fuel mixture,
which in turn provides more horsepower, better gas mileage and cleaner spark plugs.
The coil features a brass terminal, which is more conductive and resists corrosion
longer than the aluminum terminal on the stock coil.
Because the Screamin' Demon Coil is too "hot" for stock plug wires, the kit comes
with our LiveWires spark plug wires. LiveWires are constructed with a space age,
heat resistant sleeving, able to withstand up to 1400 degrees! Approximately 10mm
in diameter, the LiveWires look as good as they perform. Spiral wound core prevents electronic interference - no radio noise or
computer interference. Each wire is numbered for the correct cylinder.

1999 thru 2001 Dodge Trucks require a wiring harness adapter for our Screamin' Demon Coil
to work with the factory plug in harness. This adapter harness is easy to install with no cutting or
splicing to the factory wiring harness. Please note that this part is sold separately and is not
included with the ignition kit.

Performance Distributors Livewires are built with a protective heat sleeve that
covers the entire length of the wire. Trying to fit the Livewires in factory wire
separators is virtually impossible. Nylon zip ties can be used to keep the wires
separated but they do not offer a show quality appearance. This led us to build
a billet wire loom that will not only keep the wires apart, but offer good looks as
well. These billet separators are held together with allen head screws which are
mounted flush within the loom. These separators are designed specifically for the Livewires and will not pinch or damage the
protective heat sleeving.
