The new Mr. Amp alternator from Performance Distributors is now available in 130 and 190
amp versions. Mr. Amp will keep your accessories operating at their peak performance level
and will maximize your ignition systems output. The Mr. Amp alternator produces 65 amps at
idle which will help eliminate battery drain on applications using underdrive pulleys. This
alternator is designed with a heavy duty regulator and internal fan which leads to greater
durability. Mr. Amp comes with an installation kit and easy to follow instructions for converting
your old weak alternator to this system. Due to the high output of the Mr. Amp, a thermal circuit
breaker and 6 gauge lead wire is included on some applications. The Mr. Amp alternator is
available for many non-computer controlled vehicles and for the late model computer controlled
Mustangs.
